Lack of Heat Solutions

There are standards under the "Landlord and Tenancy Act" as well as "municipal standards"!  There are solutions here and some guidance to assist you.

Minimum temperature standards

Municipal standards for the city of London requires that a landlord maintain a minimum temperature Sept. 15-June 15 of (20 degrees Celsius from 6 a.m. til 11 p.m.) and (18 degrees Celsius from 11 p.m. til 6 a.m.)
