Recent Improvements Enhance Curb Appeal
And Tenant Appreciation
As a fellow tenant here for nine years, I can't help but feel good about recent Improvements.
The major repairs and re-opening of the side upper and lower parking lots is a relief to all who have vehicles.
This spring completed the new look with fresh paint on all buildings. The three varied colour tones certainly add variety and a pleasant face-lift.
Curb repairs and fresh asphalt in front of 758 and adjoining ramps will improve accessibility, drainage and "curb" appeal.
Let's not forget the much needed sidewalk installed along the entrance road improving pedestrian safety. Also as we speak, a new layer of sod is being installed at the rear of the property adjacent to the Kipps Lane trail.
All in all you have to love these improvements to our home; and I for one appreciate the effort and hard work as well as expense for our benefit! Enjoy!!
